Itinerary:
Day 01: Arrive in Beijing (D)
Our tour guide will pick you up at Beijing airport or another designated place and transfer to the hotel. After checking in, you will have free time. Overnight in Beijing.
Day 02: Full Day Beijing Sightseeing (B+L+D)
Visit Tian'anmen Square, the ' Imperial Palace ' (the Forbidden City), the Temple of Heaven. After delicious Beijing Duck Dinner, enjoy a lively Peking Opera performance. Overnight in Beijing.
Day 03: Full Day Beijing Sightseeing (B+L+D)
Visit Badaling where you will experience the wonder of the Great Wall. Later the journey will take you to the Sacred Way and the Ming Tomb. Overnight in Beijing.
Day 04: Beijing / Xian (B+L+D)
Fly to Xian in the afternoon after visiting the Summer Palace. Visit the traditional Farmers' Caves. Overnight in Xian.
Day 05: Full Day Xian Sightseeing (B+L+D)
Visit the Terracotta Warriors and Horses Museum first. In the afternoon, visit the Big Wild Goose Pagoda and the mighty City Wall. After, transfer to the Tang Dynasty Palace to enjoy the Tang Dynasty Music and Dance Show. Overnight in Xian.
Day 06: Xian / Chongqing (B+L+D)
Visit the Provincial History Museum, the Great Mosque. Fly to Chongqing after having the Dumpling banquet. Overnight in Chongqing.
Day 07: Chongqing / Fengdu (B+L+D)
At 08:00 am your Yangtze River cruise tour begins. The ship will stop at Fengdu in the afternoon, visit the Ghost City, famous for its temple dedicated to the King of the Underworld, an association dating back to the Han Dynasty. Overnight in Fengdu.
Day 08: Badong / Xiling Gorge / Sandongping (B+L+D)
You will visit Badong along the Shennong Stream. Cruise into the western section of the Xiling Gorge and pass through the five-step ship lock. Overnight in Sandongping.
Day 09: Full Day Sandouping Sightseeing (B+L+D)
Your morning excursion to Crock Hill will enable you to have a panoramic view of the Three Gorges Dam Project. You will experience the floodwater surging across the largest dam ever been built. Overnight in Sandongping.
Day 10: Wuhan / Shanghai (B+L)
Arrive in Wuhan at around mid-day, you will visit the Hubei Provincial Museum. After lunch you will take flight to Shanghai and transfer to the hotel. Your evening will be leisure for you. Overnight in Shanghai.
Day 11: Full Day Shanghai Sightseeing (B+L+D)
The first stop of today is an old town near Shanghai, Qibao. You will then be transferred downtown city to visit the Shanghai Museum and the beautiful Yuyuan Garden. Then you will have some free time to stroll along the Bund to experience the thrills of old Shanghai. Upon returning to the hotel our tour guide will see you into the lobby to say bon voyage. Overnight in Shanghai.
Day 12: End Tour (B)
After breakfast, end tour. See off.
