Itinerary:
Day 01: Entry Urumqi (D)
Our tour guide will meet you at Urumqi airport or another designated place and transfer to hotel. The rest of the day is free.
Day 02: Urumqi / Korla (B+L+D)
Drive 477 km from Urumqi to Korla, en route sightseeing ancient beacon towers, desert, oasis, gobi, and customs of Uygur, Hui, Kazak nationalities. Stay in hotel.
Day 03: Korla / Kuqa (B+L+D)
Drive 285 km from Korla to Kuqa, en route sightseeing primitive diversiform-leaved polar forest, oasis, ruins of Kusan Ancient Town, Zhaogul Temple Ruins, farmer's home and apricot orchard. Stay in hotel.
Day 04: Kuqa / Aksu (B+L+D)
Drive from Kuqa to Aksu, en route sightseeing Kizil buddist carve, strange stones and mountains. Stay in hotel.
Day 05: Aksu / Taklimakan Desert (B+L+D)
Drive from Aksu into the Taklimakan Desert, en route sightseeing Yarkand River and Tarim River, farmland, desert and local customs. Camping.
Day 06: Full Day Taklimakan Desert Sightseeing (B+L+D)
Drive across the desert along Hotan river course, en route sightseeing diversiform-leaved poplar, reed, thorn bushes, sheep, wild boar, fox, hare. Camping.
Day 07: Taklimakan Desert / Mt. Mazartag (B+L+D)
Drive 100 km from the heart of the desert to Mt. Mazartag, en route sightseeing Mt. Mazartag, ancient beacon towers and sand dunes. Camping.
Day 08: Mt. Mazartag / Hotan City (B+L+D)
Drive 230 km from Mt. Mazartag to Hotan City, en route sightseeing desert. Stay in a 2 star hotel.
Day 09: Full Day Hotan Sightseeing (B+L+D)
Full day sightseeing for: silk factory, carpet factory, jade-carving factory, museum, or go to see the king trees of walnut and fig. Stay in the 2 star hotel.
Day 10: Hotan / Urumqi (B+L+D)
Take a morning flight back to Urumqi. Enjoy a city tour. Stay in hotel.
Day 11: Urumqi / End Tour (B)
After a relaxed breakfast in your hotel, see off, end tour.
